Shipping policy

Where we ship

FuzzOff ships from US inventory to street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), PO boxes, or international destinations.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing and delivery

Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing before shipment. Estimated transit time is 2–7 days after dispatch. Processing time is additional to transit time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and address issues may affect arrival times. If an unexpected stock or fulfillment issue affects your order, we will contact you with the available options.

Tracking and delivery help

Tracking is added to your order when it becomes available. Please allow time for the carrier to scan the parcel. If tracking stops updating, your parcel arrives damaged, or a delivery marked complete cannot be found, contact FuzzOff with your order number so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner.

Address changes and cancellations

Check your shipping address carefully before ordering. For a correction or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before dispatch, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once processing has begun.
